LATINOS REPRESENT AT MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS 2024

For the third time in a row, Anitta won Best Latin at the MTV Video Music Awards, with her hit single “Mil Veces.” During her acceptance speech, the 31 year old made a special shout out to her country Brazil for the love and support she has received from her people.
Anitta’s first win was back in 2022 with her song “Envolver”, making history as the first Brazilian to win the award. Anitta won amongst a pool of amazing artists; Bad Bunny, Karol G, Myke Towers, Rauw Alejandro, Shakira and Cardi B.
Other celebrities that stepped out and stole the spotlight with amazing performances were: Camila Cabello with “Godspeed”, Karol G with “Si Antes Te Hubiera Conocido”, Rauw Alejandro “Touching the Sky.”
