TWITTER HAS HIRES A U.S. LAW FIRM AND PLANS TO SUE ELON MUSK TO DEMAND HE COMPLETE THE $44 BILLION ACQUISITION OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA BUSINESS.

 

THE LAWSUIT IS SET TO BE FILED IN DELAWARE LATER THIS WEEK.

 

ELON MUSK ANNOUNCED LAST WEEK THAT HE WAS CANCELING THE DEAL, CITING THAT TWITTER DID NOT PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING FAKE ACCOUNTS ON THE PLATFORM.
